1: How long does it take an order to process?
  • Orders should be fulfilled within 1-2 business days, at which point you should have received an order confirmation and fulfillment notice with tracking information.  If your order has not been fulfilled after 2 business days, please contact us at info@peachesrecordcrates.com so that we can issue an internal support ticket, investigate, and provide you with a status update.
2: What do I do if the product I want is out of stock?
  • Since we are the only company authorized to make Peaches Crates, we anticipate running out of stock and possibly not being able to keep up with unexpected changes in demand at various times of the year.  Please relax, take a deep breathe, and join our newsletter and follow us on social media.  This is the best way to keep up to date besides refreshing the product page!  In the event an item is out of stock, we will do our best to keep everyone updated via our blog and social media.
3: I am a record store owner, do you offer wholesale pricing?
  • Not yet!  Currently we do not have the capacity to offer wholesale shipments, but this is something that we would like to offer in the near future.  Please contact us at info@peachesrecordcrates.com to ask about our wholesale requirements and get added to our customer list.
4: What is your return policy?
  •   We want you to be thrilled with your new purchase.  However, if you need to return an item, we're happy to assist you.  Please contact us within 15 days from receipt of goods to initiate the process.  Please do not return an item without contacting us in advance.  Original receipt or packing slip is required for all returns and exchanges.  Please be sure to return items in original packaging.  Returns will be credited in full, less shipping charges.  Exchanges will be honored as 100% store credit.

5: Is this the same Peaches as Peaches Records and Tapes? 

  •   We at Peaches Record Crates bought the rights to the branding in order to bring you the same crates that you love for your collection. While we are not the same company, we are the only licensed provider. We take quality and the brand very seriously. We hope to live up to your memories of yester-year.
